Seeking a Senior Claim Manager to provide top-tier customer service for a dedicated Group Insurance National Account client.
Requirements
- Experience in STD and LTD, FMLA, and/or State Leave adjudication.
- Highly effective in delivering proactive communication across a range of channels.
- Customer-focused, with a proven ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Skilled and confident in communicating difficult messages.
- Excellent documentation skills to accurately capture telephone conversations and create clear, concise claim plans.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex and non-standard policy and plan provisions.
- Strong ability to independently navigate ambiguous situations and adapt quickly when needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
