AI Application Engineer

Prudential is seeking an AI Application Engineer to join their global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python backend development, fluency in Mandarin and English, and experience with multi-agent systems, LLMs, and RAG. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure for Prudential's AI platform, integrating AI models and services with other platform components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Proficient in Python with experience in AI/ML backend development
• Experience with multi-agent systems, LLMs, and RAG
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of GCP Vertex AI and AgentOps is a plus
