Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Distribution Review Manager to administer and conduct assessments under the Fit & Proper framework and the Replacement of Policy framework, as well as managing Reference Checks, Surveys and Span of Control (SOC) processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing these frameworks and processes to ensure they are current and up to date.
Requirements
- Fitness and Propriety Assessment

- Analytical and attentive to details
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and operations
- Basic knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry
