Policy Services Officer - Customer Data Management

The Policy Services Officer - Customer Data Management will be responsible for processing Policy Services requests from customers, driving feedback loop to identify process gaps and implementing improvements, and ensuring a timely and seamless experience provided to our Financial Consultants and customers.
