Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Distribution Risk and Compliance Manager to support the Risk and Compliance team in ensuring the company’s distribution channels remain compliant with applicable regulations and managing risks associated with internal and external outsourcing activities.
Requirements
- Experience in regulated financial institution and familiar with strong regulatory knowledge and risk management
- Excellent communicator, ability to translate regulatory requirements relevant to the business
- Nimble and flexible to change, able to adapt to fast-paced and changing situations
- Experience in Compliance and Risk processes
- Organized and meticulous
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across different departments
- Experience in project management
