Provide world-class customer service via telephone, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Deliver financial, customer, operational, and people-focused results.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized college or university
- At least 1 year of working experience in a call center and/or customer service role in the servicing industry
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects
- Good voice, clear pronunciation, good diction and ability to vary intonation with empathy and good listening skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-paced customer focus environment
- Pleasant, patient and self-disciplined
