Job Description
The incumbent is responsible to provide an efficient and a high quality telephone servicing facility to customers by meeting and exceeding their expectation.
Requirements
- Basic Diploma/Degree and/or professional life insurance qualification eg. ACII, AMII, AAII, FLMI.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry or CC environment.
- English and/or Mandarin.
- Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
