Job Description
The Manager, Application Management role supports the delivery of customer-facing and internal technology initiatives by overseeing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and maintaining high system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3â8+ years of hands-on IT development experience, with supervisory experience preferred for senior roles.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful API development.
- Public cloud (Azure) and infrastructure automation (Terraform).
- Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD frameworks (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge in Unified Data Architecture is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
