Manager, Application Management

Prudential seeks a Manager, Application Management to lead a small team responsible for delivering IT projects, and to foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify their goals, challenges, and priorities, then convert these insights into practical application requirements.
• Assess and confirm all requirements to guarantee they are thorough, consistent, achievable, and adhere to technical and governance guidelines.
• Manage a small team responsible for delivering IT projects.
• Foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams by using organized communication methods and maintaining high-quality documentation.
• Offer ongoing application support, including diagnosing and resolving production issues.
• Lead the creation of proactive monitoring systems, diagnostics, and operational tools that follow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Team up with other IT groups to spot areas for innovation, continuous improvement, and modernization.
