Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Data Business Analyst, Data Transformation to join our team in Hong Kong. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into data specifications, and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a data/business analyst working within insurance or financial services, with exposure to policy, claims, customer, or risk data.
- Strong skills in data querying, profiling, and transformation using SQL and Spark (Databricks/Spark SQL).
