PHI - Assistant Manager- Provider Network

We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager – Provider Network (Central Operations) to join our team in Mumbai. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing provider network operations, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong provider relationships.

Requirements

• Strong experience in health insurance operations with focus on provider network management.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, Use Power bi to create dashboard preparation, and Excel-based data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong data validation and auditing skills.
• Ability to digitalize and manage large provider databases effectively
