PHI - Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Prudential is seeking a Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. The role will support strategy with project management, reporting, capital efficiency, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, and 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of Insurance company's experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
• In-depth knowledge of health insurance business, regulations & compliances
• Extensive experience engaging with IRDAI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
