Job Description
Prudential is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused senior professional to lead their Ecommerce and Telesales for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel in a joint venture with HCL Group. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the health insurance market, who can drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Setting-up a customer focused tele-calling centre and team
- Understanding digital marketing fundamentals and drivers
- Collaborating with the product team to create compelling differentiated propositions
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of ecommerce and telesales professionals
- Monitoring sales performance and leveraging data and analytics to implement continuous improvements
