Senior Manager, Agency Management

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Agency Management to drive APE growth and activity ratio of agency under respective Agency Zone effectively through in-depth KPI study and business analysis. The successful candidate will have a university degree and minimum 8 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles.

• Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions
