Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency learning & development background
- Professional qualification(s): FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
- 12 years or above training and business development experience in life insurance industry
- 7 years or above management experience
- Familiar with agency culture
- Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
