Senior Manager, Agency Training

Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture Program, review and evaluate the business model, build strategic relationships, plan learning & career development, ensure compliance, and optimize budget allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency learning & development background
• Professional qualification(s): FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
• 12 years or above training and business development experience in life insurance industry
• 7 years or above management experience
• Familiar with agency culture
• Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
