Dietary Manager Salaried HCC

Plans and directs the operation of the Dietary Department in a skilled nursing care center, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, and providing nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Interviews patients and families to obtain food preferences and history
• Completes clinical documentation and reviews diet orders
• Conducts inventory and purchases food and supplies
• Supervises tray line service and conducts tray audits
• Maintains proper storage, preparation, and serving of food
• Supervises cleaning and operation of kitchen equipment
