Facilities Reliability Engineer

Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry, seeking a Facilities Reliability Engineer to improve equipment lifecycles and reduce downtime. The role involves data-driven analysis, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with technical staff to identify and mitigate recurring breakdown issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME, BSEE, or related field)
• At least five (5) years of manufacturing/engineering/maintenance experience
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of statistical tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Self-assured decision making and critical thinking
• Ability to provide critical feedback and presentation skills
