Maintenance Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine repair.

Requirements

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and ISO 14001 EMS requirements.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production requests.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and identify potential failures.
• Accurately document maintenance work and parts used in SAP.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Use light rigging equipment when needed.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, standing, and pulling.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in work and production areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
• Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and document work accurately.
