Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Leader to join our team in Wrexham. You will take ownership of the performance of your own stream of machines and will be the glue between machine performance, people performance and product quality.
Requirements
- Ensure health and safety in assigned stream
- Analyze machine performance and KPIs daily
- Monitor KPIs to minimize process deviations
- Motivate, develop, and identify team training needs
