Process Engineering Manager

Prysmian is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering team and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and capacity while supporting new product and material development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7–10 years of experience in process improvement and manufacturing leadership
• Proven success leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a high-performance manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of business and financial principles with a focus on bottom-line results
