Quality Control Technician

Prysmian is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform electrical testing of wire, components, cable, and assemblies in various stages of production, as well as the finished product. The role involves using high-potential AC and DC test equipment, operating electrical bridges, meters, and fiber optic test sets, and maintaining a safe and orderly test area.

Requirements

• Solid, stable work history; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Awareness of safety procedures and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Electrical background preferred (vocational, military, or equivalent experience)
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work in a team and participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 75–100 lbs.
