R&D Engineer

Join our China R&D Team in Suzhou as an R&D Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include preparing technical documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical advisory services to customers. You will also work on cable design, development, and implementation, and support the transfer of developed technologies from R&D to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above for wire & cable, electrical engineering or material engineering
• More than 1 year's experience of design or process in cable multinational company or big local cable company
• Marketing knowledge
• Product knowledge, Understand design and process in marine cable, offshore cable, general low voltage power and instrumentation cable, rubber cable and automotive wire well
• Quality and product specification
• Financial basis
• Basic legal knowledge
• Sustainability and ESG
• Proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD software and so on
• Written English, and conversational in oral English
• Good project management ability
