Requirements

• Provide technical expertise on developing/designing new products and applications
• Develop innovative products and improve Prysmian NP Vitality figures
• Maintain and improve existing products for different applications
• Analyze customers' technical requirements and provide proposals
• Provide technical advice to the sales team
• Keep improving the team management and build a strong R&D team
• Responsible for medium term development projects coordinating country/corporate resources
• Respond to complex customer questions and troubleshoot technical problems
• Improve sustainability on product design, development, and manufacturing
