• Maritime background or experience from shipyards
• Documented experience of creating growth and leading sales teams
• Structured, analytical and business-driven
• Experience of business in India, Brazil or Asia is meritorious
• Very good English in speech and writing. Additional languages are meritorious
• Experience of professional kitchen and laundry equipment is meritorious
