Member Services Representative

Member Services Representative at Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union. Responsibilities include representing the credit union, providing prompt and efficient service, and performing routine transactions such as opening and closing accounts, accepting wire transfer requests, and handling and processing IRA accounts. The role also involves developing good relationships with vendors, attending community events, and providing information regarding consumer loans, business loans, and VISA cards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience
• 1 year of experience as a Teller
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs
• Ability to cross sell products
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
