Job Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure optimal operational efficiency and equipment reliability. The role involves planning, coordinating, and directing maintenance personnel and resources to minimize downtime and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance work.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of equipment performance and maintenance data.
