Job Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities within the facility in Plano, Texas to ensure optimal operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance work.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of equipment performance and maintenance data.
