Vice President, Business Operations

We are seeking a Vice President, Business Operations to establish and maintain standardized processes across the product development lifecycle, overseeing a team of project managers and/or scrum masters, and driving operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Design and implement a comprehensive structure for the product development team
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and/or scrum masters
• Oversee the development of every project and product to ensure they follow the established methodology
• Coordinate and facilitate sprint reviews, product reviews, and retrospectives with key stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and refine product operations processes to enhance productivity, reduce risks, and improve documentation quality
