Job Description
The Electrical Drafter is responsible for developing detailed electrical drawings and documentation to support EPCM projects such as residential housing, fuel storage tanks, and jetty facilities. The role involves preparing accurate layouts, wiring diagrams, and cable routing plans based on engineering input, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian (SNI) and international standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 58 years of electrical drafting experience in EPC/EPCM companies.
- Proven drafting experience in housing, fuel storage tanks, and jetty/marine infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent drafting software.
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Revit MEP, BIM, Navisworks) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with electrical systems design, grounding, and hazardous area classifications (Ex-proof).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian (SNI) and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC).
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and create accurate drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
