Job Description
PTC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of welded and cold drawn mechanical steel tubing and tubular shapes, plated bar and tubing, and fabricated parts and precision components. The Plant Supervisor oversees the plant on the given shift and employees of that shift in all aspects regarding safety, quality, and production.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Leadership ability
- Organized
- Ability to adapt and implement change
- Ability to understand production processes/ work instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to produce results and achieve goals
