Assoc. Mgr., Corporate Paralegal R&D/Tech Ops (Hybrid)

The Paralegal, R&D/Tech Ops will support the Legal Department by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various research-related agreements, including Clinical Trial Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Material Transfer Agreements. This role requires a candidate who has a demonstrated ability to multitask, is detail-oriented, and is a team-focused collaborator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on contracts
• Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive information
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently/with limited direct supervision in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment
• Excellent planning, organization and time-management including the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CLM systems
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
