The Paralegal, R&D/Tech Ops will support the Legal Department by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various research-related agreements, including Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs), and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs).
