Job Description
PTC is looking for a Business Development Manager - AI Driven to lead the development of their AI business line in the China market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and manufacturing, as well as experience in business development and strategic partnerships. The role involves developing solutions that combine PTC's products with local LLM and AI Agent technologies, building strategic partnerships, and driving commercial implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Automation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI solutioning, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Solid understanding of large language models (e.g., Transformer, GPT, LLaMA)
- Familiarity with core AI Agent concepts like architecture (e.g., ReAct, CoT)
- Understanding of related engineering techniques like RAG, vector databases, model distillation, and prompt engineering
- Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and digital challenges
