Job Description
PTC is seeking a Senior IoT Technical Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 technical support for IoT platform issues, troubleshoot industrial connectivity and IoT edge technologies, and collaborate with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ThingWorx Platform
- Hands-on experience with industrial connectivity tools
- Familiarity with IoT gateways, edge computing platforms, and industrial controllers
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Basic scripting skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL databases
- Japanese: Business-level proficiency
- English: Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
