Provide advice on, negotiation, analyze and process all general taxations and legal matters and contracts of PTTGC Group within or outside Thailand by using the legal knowledge and legal experience to ensure that all contracts and legal matters are in a lawful manner and minimize the general and low legal risk exposure and expenses.

Requirements

• Ensure that legal matters of PTTGC Group shall be run in a lawful manner and achieve most benefit of company and its affiliates and minimize all general and low legal risk
• Analyze the legal case to solve legal and contract problems of PTTGC Group
• Provide legal support contracts such as contract preparations in the most efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that important legal documents are accurately processed in compliance with legal regulations
• Develop the contracts, documents relating legal issue to users and company’s affiliates in order to ensure the accuracy and efficiency in general legal aspects
• Prepare and execute the legal document and contract in order to minimize company’s costs to the permitted extent by law
• Ensure that legal advisor outside our jurisdiction provides the most complete and reliable opinion in order to limit PTTGC Group’s liabilities
• Forecast and oversee the legal issues from the existing laws and those to be enacted in order to diversify the opportunities in response to law revisions and/or management directives
