Requirements
- Relevant vocational training or degree in business administration/science
- Management experience in (inter)national sales, ideally with industry knowledge in medical technology
- Proven sales success and strong strategic and analytical skills
- Experience in establishing and managing international sales structures
- High level of customer focus, confident negotiating skills, and strong closing ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
