Job Description
The Managing Attorney, Litigation is a key leader on the Litigation Team, pursuing complex and important litigation on behalf of local governments across the country. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by doing both litigation as well as people and program management.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in a jurisdiction of the United States.
- At least 7 years relevant experience as an attorney, of which at least 5 years should consist of complex civil litigation and/or investigations and enforcement practice.
- Experience supervising junior attorneys, law fellows, or paralegals required.
