Senior Staff Attorney, Litigation

Public Rights Project seeks an experienced litigator to serve as a Senior Staff Attorney on its Litigation Team, advancing the work of local governments protecting civil rights in the face of attacks by the federal government, state governments, and private actors.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in a jurisdiction of the United States
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in litigation
• Prior experience with remote work in large teams in support of fast-moving and mission-driven litigation is preferred
