Job Description
Seeking an Assistant Director/Senior Manager to formulate and review manpower policies, conduct research and analysis, and lead a team of policy officers. At least 10 years of experience in policy formulation roles within the Singapore Government.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in policy formulation roles within the Singapore Government
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and identify key issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
