Job Description
The National Library Board (NLB) is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager for NLB Academy, a role that involves managing the day-to-day operations and working closely with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering close relationships with stakeholders, conducting market sensing and analysis, and providing administrative support to the Director.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Continuing Education and Training, Learning and Development, or a related profession.
- Candidates with experience in business development would have an added advantage.
- Passionate about current and emerging trends in library and information science, continuous education, and professional development.
- Able to work collaboratively, think strategically, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
