Job Description
As part of the team in the MPA Academy, you will be developing training workplan and driving the implementation of programmes that empower learning through acquiring of knowledge and skills among MPA staff. You will be responsible for conducting skills gaps analysis and training needs assessment, organizing and/or conducting programmes, and working with relevant line divisions to develop and regularly review the curriculum of the training programmes.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- 5-6 years of relevant working experience in administering/coordinating training programmes
- Experience in curriculum development (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and writing skills
