Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for AI solutions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and drive strategic value through process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories
- Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce
