Job Description
This appointment is for a contract period of 12 months only. As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders to understand business needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies. The job scope includes HR Business Partner Function and HR Operations, ensuring synergy between HR processes and policies, leveraging AI and technology to streamline processes.
Requirements
- HR Business Partner Function
- HR Operations
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of employment laws and public service staff guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task
- Strong communications skills, including good written skills
- Strong team player and good stakeholder management skills
- An enthusiastic and driven self-starter, and able to think innovatively
- Have an interest/passion in HR and able to adapt market trends for STB
