Job Description
You will be part of HR Division and work on developing and implementing C&B policies and programs to attract, motivate and retain talents.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge in driving compensation analysis and reviews
- Good knowledge of performance management policies and frameworks
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practices, statutory legislations and HR systems, preferably Workday
