Job Description
This role drives the design and implementation of HR policies, compensation strategy and structure to attract, motivate and retain talents. Main responsibilities include HR policies, compensation and benefits, and union partnership.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in HR policy formulation and practice
- Knowledge of varied HR functional areas, in particular Compensation and Benefits
- Good understanding of public service HR practice and guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communications skills, including good written skills
- Strong team player and good stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders
