Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Director (Talent Attraction & Development) in the Human Resource Division, you will design, develop and implement talent, career development and employee engagement initiatives in MPA to ensure an engaged workforce.
Requirements

- Develop career pathways and related resources
- Drive career development initiatives to develop, engage and retain MPA officers and talents
