Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Cluster Directors/Directors in the Sectoral Transformation Group (STG). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CD/Dir's offices, managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Related working experience with at least 4 years in office management and administrative support
- Ability to organise and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to learn new things
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
