Executive Assistant

Wellington Management is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support across the Client Group and Infrastructure Group in our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive professional who enjoys multi-tasking in a busy team environment.

Requirements

• Proactive calendar management and extensive logistical coordination of meetings
• Diligent telephone and reception coverage with gate-keeping expectations
• International travel itineraries and arrangements support
• Administrative and project support as required to meet evolving business needs
• Completing expense reports, handling daily mail, file systems, and coverage of phone lines
• Assisting with the coordination of department-wide initiatives, projects, and events
• Partnering closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative colleagues
• Providing back-up for other department support positions as needed
