Job Description
You will be part of the Strategic & Quality Development Department to support the operations of new initiatives or existing projects at both strategic and operational levels of the Polytechnic, working on tasks such as designing and implementing apps and automated workflows, maintaining and improving dashboards, and supporting logistics and coordination for workshops and events.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Foundational knowledge of data analytics (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI)
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Adaptable in handling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks within tight deadlines
- Proactive and a keen self-directed learner
- Meticulous and organised
