Job Description
Executive Manager/Senior Manager responsible for formulating policies and programs to raise workforce quality, competency, and professionalism, and ensuring adequate supply in conjunction with sector needs. Performs data-driven analysis and engages with stakeholders to secure buy-in for policy implementation.
